Integrations

Make the tools you already pay for talk to each other.

The cost of disconnected software is rarely the licence. It is the person in the middle, retyping the same figures and occasionally getting one wrong.

No obligation. No pitch deck.

What we build

Tally and accounting

Sales, purchases and masters synced both ways, so operations and accounts hold the same numbers without anybody entering them twice.

Spreadsheets that still matter

Some sheets genuinely should survive. We read from and write to them so the person who lives in that sheet keeps working the way they prefer, while the system stays current.

WhatsApp Business

Order confirmations, dispatch updates and reminders sent from the system through your business number, rather than copied out by hand.

Marketplaces and logistics

Orders pulled in from the channels you sell on, and tracking pushed back out, so a courier's status is visible without opening four portals.

Failures you find out about

Integrations break — tokens expire, APIs change, a file arrives malformed. Ours say so loudly and retry, rather than going quiet and leaving you to discover a two-week gap.

Signs this is the problem

  • The same invoice is entered in operations and again in accounts
  • Marketplace orders are downloaded as CSV and uploaded somewhere else
  • A person exists mainly to move data between two systems
  • Nobody trusts a figure until they have checked it in the other system
  • An integration you paid for stopped working and nobody noticed for weeks

Start small. See it work. Then grow.

01Identify

We pick the one process costing you the most time, money or errors.

02Build

A custom system for exactly that process — in weeks, not months.

03See impact

You run it for real, and we measure what actually changed.

04Expand

Add the next module once the first has paid for itself.

Questions people actually ask

Can you integrate with Tally?
Yes. Tally's XML interface is well established and we have worked with it. Two-way sync of masters and vouchers is normal; the detail worth agreeing up front is which system is the source of truth for each type of record.
What if the other software has no API?
There is usually another route — a scheduled file export, a database read, or in the worst case a controlled screen-level automation. We will tell you honestly when the only available route is fragile, because those need more maintenance than an API.
Should we use Zapier or Make instead?
For simple, low-volume links between two popular SaaS tools, yes — it will be cheaper and you can maintain it yourself. Custom is worth it at higher volume, when the logic is genuinely conditional, or when per-task pricing starts to exceed what building it would have cost.
Who fixes it when it breaks?
We do, under a maintenance arrangement — and the design assumption is that it will break at some point, so every integration is built with alerting and retries rather than silent failure.
Let's talk

Tell us what wastes the most time.

Fifteen minutes is usually enough to know whether it's worth building. If it isn't, we'll say so.

No pitch deck. A 15-minute call to see if it's worth building.
